Trans Day of Remembrance Service

Trans Day of Remembrance Service

Each year in November is the annual observance of Transgender Day of Remembrance. Begun in 1999, this day is set aside to remember and grieve the lives of Transgender/Two-Spirit/Nonbinary people who have been lost to violence. Come gather in the parish for a time of reflection and lament. Following this service, as part of the Good Mourning art installation, there will be an Advanced Directive Disco. All are invited to each event.
